Order acceptance

If an order is cancelled by Studio RA after confirmation, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Customer information

Studio RA is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional fees, or cancelled orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made in full upon delivery. Refusal to pay, repeated failed delivery attempts, or misuse of Cash on Delivery may result in future orders being refused.

When card payments or other online payment methods are made available, payment must be successfully processed before the order is confirmed or fulfilled.

Preorders

Some products or sizes may be available for preorder. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge that the item may not be immediately available and that delivery may take longer than standard orders.

Preorder timelines are estimates and may change due to production, supply, shipping, or operational delays. Studio RA is not responsible for delays outside its control.

Preorders are final and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded due to waiting time, change of mind, size selection, or timing, except where required by applicable law.

All content on this website, including designs, images, graphics, text, branding, product visuals, layouts, logos, and creative direction, belongs to Studio RA or is used with permission.
